My House was Severely Damaged
in a fire. ..

A quick response of the Northville Volunteer Fire Department soon had the fire under control and extinguished; however, much fire, smoke and water damage had occurred. What do I do now?

I have always tried to utilize local business establishments for any of my needs- Local folk who are trying to make a living running their own establishment.

Mr. Matthew Brucker of Independent Builders was recommended. He returned my call and set up a date to appraise the damage, and give an estimate for restoring my house to its original condition. I was amazed that anyone would even consider taking in such a task, with winter settling in and a lot of demolition and construction required.

I watched in awe as the Independent Builders crew of Carpenters, electrician, plumber, sheet-rockers, and painters went to work. Quickly the house started to rise from the ashes. Right from the start “Matt” and his crew were very professional.

Progress reports were made with me and the Insurance Company in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns of mine were answered, and I was set at ease as the reconstruction of the house progressed. Things like style of trim, paint colors for various rooms, and improvements were attended to. “Matt” was always very prompt in returning my phone calls and had or found the answers to any and all of my questions.
